We are seeking Robotic Welders for our Client, the global leader in the design and manufacture of access chamber and cable ducting systems for infrastructure networks based in Lurgan.
Pay Rate: £11.44 plus £1.00 per hour shift allowance
Hours Per Week: 39
Working Hours: Rotational shift pattern
Morning shift: Monday to Thursday 6am - 3pm and Friday 6am - 11am
Afternoon shift: Monday to Thursday 3pm - 12 midnight and Friday 11am - 4pm
Job Duties:
- Operating Robotic welding machine in line with Health & Safety procedures and ensuring that this is adhered too at all times
- Working as part of a team and/or individually in a busy manufacturing environment ensuring that the product is manufactured to the expected standard
- Loading of mild steel components into jigs and fixtures using clamps to hold parts into place
- Manually operate robot(s) making basic corrections
- Visual inspection of parts
- Ability to work and maintain proven run times
- Maintaining a high standard of house keeping
- Maintain quality control throughout all areas of production
Essential Job Criteria:
- Must be skilled with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work shifts
- Have high levels of attention to detail and the ability to work to production deadlines
- Be action oriented and drive results
- Be able to plan and align work
- Demonstrate self-awareness in areas such as H&S, quality, and efficiency
