We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Administrator to join our client’s team, a leading stockist and distributor of industrial coatings and roofing membranes, based in Lisburn.
Pay Rate: £13-£14 per hour
Hours Per Week: 46 hours
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 7:45am – 5:15pm
Friday 7:45am – 2:30pm
Job Type: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent
Job Criteria:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and a diverse workload.
- Well-organized with strong multitasking skills, even under pressure.
- Flexibility to support other departments as needed.
- Familiarity with Pegasus Opera is an advantage (training provided if necessary).
Job Duties:
- Answering telephone calls and processing customer orders.
- Performing general office duties.
- Assisting senior administration with managing the sales and purchase ledger.
