We are seeking a Site Foreman to join our Client's team, based in Ahoghill but you will be working from a site in Belfast. Our client delivers quality construction, electrical and mechanical projects across a range of public and private sector organisations in Northern Ireland.
Pay Rate: £40,000 Per Annum
Hours Per Week: 45
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, with the potential of earlier start/ later finish a couple of times per week.

Job Criteria:
• Valid CSR Gold Card.
• Have Good Leadership skills - Ability to lead, motivate, and manage work crews effectively.
• Construction Knowledge. Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and safety practices.
• Good Communication skills
• Good Problem-Solving skills
• Fully dependable and reliable
Job Duties:
• Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, adjusting as necessary due to weather, supply delivery and personnel.
• Supervising the use of machinery and equipment on site, ensuring that they are used safely and correctly.
• Ensuring that all safety precautions are adhered to and that all workers are following safety guidelines.
• Monitoring the progress of the construction project and making sure that it is on schedule.
• Managing construction crew, subcontractors, and other laborers on site.
• Resolving on-site issues and conflicts.
• Inspecting the quality of work done, making sure that it meets the project standards.
• Reporting on progress to managers, engineers etc.
• Organizing and maintaining equipment and ensuring it is in working order.
• Training and mentoring construction workers and construction laborers.
