Our client based in Londonderry/Derry who specialise in delivering totally integrated building service solutions throughout the public and private sector are seeking Plasterers to join their team.
Pay Rate: Depending on experience
Hours Per Week: 40
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm
Job Type: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent
Essential Criteria:
· At least 3 years’ experience as a Plasterer
· Must be thorough and willing to pay attention to detail.
· Previous experience of building and construction.
· Must have the patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
· Must be able to work well with others.
· Must be able to work well with your hands.
Job Duties:
· Preparing surfaces and levelling off uneven areas.
· Mixing plaster to the right consistency by hand or with an electric mixer.
· Applying 'wet' finishes to walls and ceilings
· Measuring, cutting, installing and securing plaster board and/or ornamental plasterwork to walls and ceilings; covers and seals joints
· Any other duties required
