Nursing and Caring Direct are currently looking for a Payroll Admin Support (part time) to join their fantastic team in Lisburn!

The successful candidate will assist and support the domiciliary and hospital weekly end to end payroll function along with associated payroll and office administration ensuring quality and high level of customer service.

Hours Per Week: 22.5 hours per week

Salary: £14,000 per annum

Working Hours: Tuesday to Thursday 9am - 5pm

Job Type: Part time, Permanent (subject to 6 month probationary)

Main Duties:

- Timely input of timesheets adhering to strict payroll deadlines

- Payroll validation/quality checks

- Processing of weekly/monthly invoices

- Assist in the completion of all Inland Revenue & Social security forms

- To assist the payroll department with all aspects of payroll administration

- Assisting in payroll queries and resolution of same

- Inputting change of details for candidates and also new start details via the payroll and CRM software

- Process leavers and P45s

- Holiday management/input

- Ability to prioritise a varied workload

-Liaise with staff at all levels

- Liaise with external bodies

- Support any other office admin if and when required

Job Criteria:

- Previous payroll experience/exposure preferably within healthcare sector

- Previous working knowledge of payroll software

- Previous experience in a busy office environment is preferred but not essential

- Proven ability to prioritise, multi task and work to tight deadlines

- Proficient using 365, Microsoft office i.e. excel, Word & Outlook

- Previous experience working with CRM systems is desired but not essential as training will be provided

- Team player but can use their own initiative when required

- Fluent in written/spoken English

- Ability to work in a clear and concise manner

- Excellent interpersonal and attention to detail skills

- Demonstrate a common sense approach to problem solving

- Knowledge of statutory payments and legislation

- Flexible and able to work to tight deadlines

- Willing to undergo internal/external training
