Our client, a leading gluten free bakery based in Crossmaglen, are seeking an Office Manager to join their team.

The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the site and supporting site departments while contributing to driving sustainable growth for the company. The successful candidate will perform a combination of administrative duties as part of this role working across a range of departments including, HR, Payroll, supply chain and finance

Salary: Approx. £30,000 Per Annum

Hours Per Week: 42.5

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Job Duties:

• Run front-of-house, be first point of contact for visitors to site, answer Phone calls and direct appropriately, represent the business in an appropriate manner.

• Manage meeting room diaries and bookings – particularly important for other site colleagues and client requests.

• Maintain effective communication with team, management, internal and external customers.

• Payroll: Handling onboarding, offboarding, updating payroll, verifying reports, processing weekly payroll.

• HR - Managing paperwork for new hires and leavers, maintaining HR files and systems.

• Finance: support with Purchase order processing

• Supply chain: Provide administrative support for inventory management and order receiving.

• Provide additional administrative support to the general manager as needed.

Job Criteria:

• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage your own projects in a professional manner.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, Outlook (email and room booking management), Excel and Word and familiarity with various software applications.

• Flexible, ‘can-do’ attitude and able to work simultaneously on a variety of projects.

• Friendly and sociable, with a highly positive outlook

We’re Also Looking for Candidates With:

• Previous office management experience desirable, though not essential

• Effective communication with people at different levels of the organization.

• Initiative, self-reliance, and time management.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
