We are seeking Mixing / Machine Operatives for our client, Stone Bakery, a gluten free bakery that supplies most of their produce to America and Australia based in Crossmaglen. As a Mixing / Machine Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of the production line operations.
Pay Rate: £12.99 Per Hour + (Depending n Experience)
Working Hours: Evening shift / Night shift. Weekdays / Weekends
Job Criteria:
- Good understanding of English, both written and verbal.
- Good communication Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in a similar role.
Job Duties:
- As a Mixing Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate weigh up and mixing of recipes.
- Operation of mixing machines
- Weigh up individual ingredients against recipes.
- Complete traceability paperwork
- Assign the correct ingredient quantities to the Recipes.
- Follow established health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
- Machine maintenance
