Our client, a leader in customised outdoor advertising are seeking aLabourerto join their team, based in Belfast.
The succesful candidate will be involved with all aspects of the maintenance process involved with Adshel, Adshel Live, Adbox and Billboards. This includes: The management of all processes involved in the maintenance of the Clear Channel portfolio, working closely with Building Crew and PCOS, building a strong and professional relationship with all business partners, supporting all aspects of operations and ensuring all reporting and compliance procedures are maintained.
Pay Rate: £10.55 - £10.80 Per Hour + Holiday Pay
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
Job Type: Full time, temporary to permanent
Job Duties:
- Maintenance on Bus Shelters, Adshel Live, Adbox & Billboards
- Work within a team safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures
- Carry out the work to the required standard
- Maintain the Clear Channel portfolio as per each job specification
- Understand the maintenance tasks including the reading of job lists & addresses
- Load and prepare the maintenance van correctly to ensure a safe & efficient workday
- Any stock or plant returned to the depot is to be stored safely & in its correct location
- Ensure all tools & equipment are serviced, maintained & stored correctly in the van ready for daily use
- Complete all the required documentation within the role on time & accurately
- Ensure the van is washed & maintained, complete van checks
- Undergo training programmes & update when required
Job Criteria:
Essential:
- Clean Driving License and strong geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland
- At least 1 years relevant working experience
- Ability to prioritise work on a daily basis and liaise with other members within the operations team
- Good communication skills - contact with members of the public, utility companies & business partners
- Report any incidents immediately and accurately
- Enthusiastic and proactive individual
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Work independently under own initiative whilst having experience of working with others
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to successfully organise, prioritise & manage workload
- Comfortable working under pressure
- Attention to detail essential
- Able to understand the job specifications & processes involved in this role
