We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic Administrator with a strong construction background to join our client's dynamic team in Lisburn!
Pay Rate:
£12.50 - £14 per hour
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm or could offer part time mornings
Job Type:
Temporary to Permanent, Full Time
Job Criteria:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous administrative experience, ideally with a background in construction
Job Duties:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinating job details with joiners, including sending out instructions for tasks (e.g., door repairs, maintenance work)
- Maintaining records and documentation related to job assignments and completed work
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
