We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in Ballynahinch.

The successful candidate will work co-operatively as part of a team to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the management team. Administrative duties would include managing queries, financial tasks and daily office procedures.

Pay Rate: £12.30 - £13.30 per hour

Hours Per Week: 37.5

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Job Criteria:

- Previous experience working within an office environment or similar role

- Demonstrate proficiency and experience in the use of a range of software applications (including MS Office and Xero or similar)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organisational, time management and planning skills

- Attention to detail

- Willingness to learn

Job Duties:

- Act as a first point of contact, providing exceptional levels of customer service to new and existing clients, statutory bodies, team members and other contractors.

- Update and maintain accurate records in relation to client records, employee records and Company databases, ensuring that relevant updates and reviews take place.

- Process and respond promptly to incoming communications including accurate message taking, distributing information promptly and responding where necessary.

- Process financial tasks including payment of invoices, credit control and payroll.

- Administer payments and financial transactions (e.g., employee claim forms, travel expenses)

- Produce a range of documents to a high standard by the required deadline; including letters, emails, presentations and minutes.

- Organise meetings, training and events ensuring that appointments are realistically planned regarding timing.

- Undertake general clerical and administrative tasks to support business management systems.
