Our client in the Antrim / Crumlin area are actively recruiting for a 7.5 Tonne Driver to join their team.
Pay Rate:
Week 1 - £12.30 Per Hour
Week 26+ £13.00 Per Hour
Working Hours: Any 5 out of 7 (inc weekends) - Shifts start times vary between 4am, 5am, 530am & 1330pm
Job Duties:
- Deliver a variety of items to different area and through different routes
- Driving long or short distances
- Planning delivery schedules and routes with transport managers
- Supervising or helping to load and unload goods
- Lifting and carrying goods
- Making sure loads are safely secured
- Following traffic reports and adapting routes if necessary
- Completing delivery paperwork
- Keeping up-to-date logbooks
Job Criteria:
- Previous experience as a 7.5T Driver
- Must hold a full UK driving licence permitting 7.5 tonne (Category C1) vehicles to be considered for this position
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good driving record
